Eagle has complete and sufficient measuring instruments, from optical measuring instruments to metal physical measuring instruments, providing all testing instruments from sampling to production.
In the future, we will set up an ISO17025 certified testing laboratory. In addition to providing internal use, we will provide quality assurance to our customers and suppliers.
3D SCANNER
3D scanner uses phase-shifting optical triangulation technology and employs high resolution twin CCD cameras to achieve high accuracy data.
By adding a 10 degree triangulation angle with an increased depth/diameter ratio, it has made it possible to scan deeper and narrower areas on more complex objects. Blind spots that are typically difficult to catch can be easily scanned with the 3D scanner.
It`s useful in reverse engineering & quality inspection.

2.5D Non-Contact Video Measuring System
This non-contact vision measuring system comprises of high resolution and accuracy CCD, monocular lens with continuous zoom magnification system, high-precision linear scales and stage. It is an optical precision measuring system with high precision and efficiency, which is widely applied in various precision industries.

Universal Testing Machine
The advanced computer serve universal testing machine provides the ultimate in high accuracy and precision, fast speed and reliability with the corresponding computer control system. Capable of tensile, compression, flexure, peel, shear, and friction testing…etc. All operations are made via the simple and ergonomic operation panel. The computer control system shows either force or stress or elongation or strain, the selection being made by simple key operation.

Rockwell Type Hardness Tester
Hardness is a characteristic of a material, not a fundamental physical property. It is defined as the resistance to indentation, and it is determined by measuring the permanent depth of the indentation. More simply put, when using a fixed force (load) and a given indenter, the smaller the indentation, the harder the material.

Micrometer
-
Dial Height Gage
Easy and error-free reading with both up and down digital counters as well as a dial. Provided with a feed wheel for easy coarse feeding. Carbide-tipped scriber is provided. The counters and dial can be re-zeroed at any scriber position.

Mechanical Force Gauge
Force gauge is also called push pull gauge. Mechanical force gauge can measure the full test, force on compression and tension. Widely used on connector insertion and other forces, such as, fracture, bend, peeling off, breakage, hardness, elasticity and so on. The unit display is available for N, kgf, g. & lb. Variety capacity is opened for option.
Salt Spray Testing Machine
The salt spray (or salt fog) test used to check corrosion resistance of materials and surface coatings. Usually, the materials to be tested are metallic and finished with a surface coating which is intended to provide a degree of corrosion protection to the underlying metal. Salt spray testing is an accelerated corrosion test that produces a corrosive attack to coated samples in order to evaluate the suitability of the coating for use as a protective finish. ASTM B117 was the first internationally recognized salt spray standard. Other important relevant standards are ISO9227, JIS Z 2371 and ASTM G85.

UNIVERSAL materials testing machine
The desktop model has a large test space and a long stroke, with a maximum test capacity of 20 kN. Large specimen test and expansion of new environmental test functions all can be easily planned.
Under Windows of Personal computer that software can do tensile test, compression test, bending test, peeling test and all kind of tests, easy to learn and operate in multiple languages, various metric and imperial units, real-time graphs and also provides complete test data analysis, test report planning for more complete analysis or archive can be performed after test is complete.

modular coating thickness gauge
It is suitable for almost every area of application in coating thickness measurement.
It lets you take measurements on steel, iron (Fe) and non-ferrous metals (NFe) like aluminium, zinc, copper and brass.

Cross Hatch Test
Measuring the adhesion strength of coatings such as paint, glue, varnish etc., is necessary to ensure the coating has bonded well to the substrate and is performing satisfactory. A variety of adhesion testing methods are available to determine how well the coating is bonding to the solid substrate.
The Cross Hatch Test Method is widely used to assess the adhesion of paint coatings and provides an instant assessment of the quality of the bond to the substrate. The coating adhesion assessed against ISO 2409 and ASTM D 3359 or Corporate Standards.
